Una de las actividades que me dan placer es viajar, porque nos permite mover muchas emociones, nos relajamos al salir del área de confort; además, conocemos otras ciudades, países, personas, paisajes, culturas y gastronomía al trasladarnos de un lugar a otro; es una experiencia que transforma la salud, la mente y la forma en que entendemos el mundo.
One of the activities I enjoy is traveling, because it stirs up a range of emotions; we relax when we step outside our comfort zone, and we also get to know other cities, countries, people, landscapes, cultures, and cuisines as we move from one place to another. It’s an experience that transforms our health, our minds, and the way we understand the world.
El momento que decidimos viajar, nos emocionamos con solo hacer la maleta, ordenar nuestras cosas bien organizadas para llevar lo necesario. Personalmente, viajaba con más frecuencia que ahora, pues la situación del país nos frenó en salir más de viaje. Pero puedo decir que he realizado viajes cortos en donde disfruto y comparto con mi familia y amigos.
The moment we decide to travel, we get excited just packing our bags and arranging our belongings neatly so we can bring everything we need. Personally, I used to travel more often than I do now, since the situation in the country has kept us from traveling as much. But I can say that I’ve taken short trips where I’ve enjoyed myself and spent time with my family and friends.
En cada lugar que llegamos, mediante un viaje dejamos huellas, pues pasamos por una experiencia en donde nos hacen ver más allá, abriéndonos a nuevos mundos y posibilidades que antes ni siquiera contemplábamos. Son nuevos caminos que nos conducen a aventuras y nos aportan bienestar emocional.
Everywhere we go, our travels leave their mark, as we undergo an experience that broadens our horizons, opening us up to new worlds and possibilities we hadn’t even considered before. These are new paths that lead us to adventures and bring us emotional well-being.
Muchas personas prefieren estar en la comodidad de su hogar, son apegadas a la rutina, pero otras aman viajar y pienso que es más beneficioso, ya que despejamos la mente y conocemos más el mundo que nos rodea. No obstante, cuando emprendemos un viaje, desconectamos de todas estas angustias diarias y nos enfocamos en vivir el presente; no estamos pendientes de cumplir con las rutinas laborales y de ninguna responsabilidad.
Many people prefer the comfort of their own homes and are attached to their routines, but others love to travel and believe it is more beneficial, since it clears our minds and helps us learn more about the world around us. However, when we set out on a trip, we disconnect from all these daily worries and focus on living in the moment; we aren’t concerned with keeping up with work routines or any other responsibilities.
Viajar no siempre es un placer, sino una obligación, pues desde los años 2014, millones de personas emigraron del país en busca de nuevas oportunidades, ya que la situación política, social y económica estaba en crisis.
