最近搞了很多的培训，在宾馆里，然后因为我血糖问题，经常会感觉很饿。早上太忙没得空吃早餐，十点多我就饿疯了，开始去美团拼好饭和淘宝闪购看外卖，最后在三叔粥铺点了肠粉和瘦肉粥。 外卖到了之后我先吃了一盒肠粉，然后又喝了一大碗粥。同事都震惊了。所以后面到午饭时间我已经吃不下了，时间都跟平时不一样了。午饭我就没有吃。就喝了一小碗菜汤。然后就到下午四点多了。
