Hi runners!
My run yesterday wasn't very long. My knee has been bothering me for a while, so I cut back on the intensity a bit.
So I took my dog Cesmína with me and went for a run along the dirt roads just outside of town. It was a bit warm, but Cesmína had the chance to get a drink from the local pond.
We really enjoyed the run, and my knee handled it fine too. 🙂
