Red Velvet Crinkles with Cream Cheese Filling
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular treat that includes cream cheese (which I love). Red Velvet Crinkles are these special cookies that have a brownie-like texture to them. Although it can be a simple cookie to make, elevating it with cream cheese filling would certainly make it more special. In my tastebuds, chocolate and cream cheese go really well together, somehow like a bittersweet and tanginess combination that really soothes my sweet tooth. I usually just do a light dusting of powdered sugar since the cookie and the frosting itself is sweet enough for me. I want to try out other recipes too such as cheese crinkles since it is really creamy and that tanginess is so good when paired with the sweetness of the cookie itself.
