Today I made unusual cookies that are a bit unconventional in taste. I saw the recipe on TikTok but changed it a bit and they turned out very well. Here's how I made them:
The ingredients are:
- 1 egg
- 130g. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. erythritol
- a little salt
- vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- a few raw hazelnuts
I mixed all the ingredients until I got a sticky mixture.
On a tray covered with baking paper, I formed balls using a small spoon.
I sprinkled ground hazelnuts on top and placed one hazelnut in the middle of each cookie.
I baked the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
The baked cookies had a very soft and fluffy consistency. Next time I make them, I think I won't add salt.
