Today I want to show you footage from my hiking trip to peak Kutelka.
Kutelka Peak is located in the Eastern Balkan Mountains, within the "Sinite Kamani" (Blue Stones) Nature Park.
I had visited the peak back in 2020, and this time I wanted to climb it again, accompanied by some friends.
On the way, we came across bushes laden with rose hips and wild guelder rose berries.
Autumn crocuses were nestled among the grass.
Beautiful autumn colors were all around us.
The climb up was nice.
There weren't many steep sections.
It was peaceful and beautiful at the top, and the views from all sides were fairytale-like.
Kutelka Peak is situated at an altitude of 1,084 meters. In addition to a detailed view of the city of Sliven, the peak offers panoramas of the Sliven Plain, the Upper Thracian Plain, and Mount Balgarka—the highest peak in the Eastern Balkan Mountains.
Our walk that day was wonderful.
