A quiet village is busy preparing for the annual village festival.
The festival started out small, but it has become known to many people and attracts many tourists.
Among them, James's show is a favorite.
But it wasn't popular from the beginning.
It all started when he attended a meeting of the village festival organizing committee.
James, who works at a steel company, joined the village festival planning committee as the village youth representative.
Says the committee chairman.
"We'd like to add a fire-breathing show this time, what do you think?"
One of the committee members says.
"We should invite someone from outside to do it. It's dangerous."
Says the oldest man in town.
"I'd recommend James from the steel company, he works with fire, so I think he'd be good at it."
The chairman looks at James and asks for his opinion.
"James, would you be interested in doing a fire-breathing show?"
James, who has a strong sense of responsibility, realizes that as the village youth representative, he has to show something.
"I'll do it."
So James, who is now a fire-breathing performer, searches for resources and watches videos to learn.
At first, he tried it with water because it was dangerous to do it with flammable liquids.
The more he studied, the more he thought, "I shouldn't have done this. This is really dangerous."
But James didn't give up.
He found someone who had a fire-breathing show and called them, telling them that he was going to be performing at the village festival and wanted to learn.
Fortunately, he replied that he would teach, and James came to learn every week.
Two months passed and the village festival was held.
The village festival chairman introduces the program.
"This time, James, the village youth representative, will perform a fire-breathing show. Please give him a big round of applause."
James walked to the front of the stage to a roar of applause.
"I'll just do what I've been preparing," James thought.
He juggled with fire to get the crowd going. The audience cheered.
Finally, with the flammable liquid in his mouth, he raised the lit wand slightly higher and sprayed the liquid like a sprayer.
It caught fire and shot into the sky in a spectacular display.
It looked hot and colorful in the slightly dark evening.
Hot flames cut through the darkness and drew clear trails of flame in the air. The flames burned briskly and seemed to have life.
James pulled off a risky but successful fire show.
Since then, James' fire show has become a popular festival event.
