- Long cardio workouts
Many people think cardio exercises are good for the heart. In fact you have to do them within certain limits. Long sessions may have a negative impact on the cardiovascular system. But that does not mean stopping them, not overdo it.
- Low calorie diet
Low-calorie diets are generally healthy and can prevent cardiovascular disease. However, in essence, they rely on low amounts of fat, and during exercise, the body needs a healthy dose of protein, fat and carbohydrates. To get the necessary fat for your body, include salmon and avocado in your diet.
- Sports drinks with electrolytes
Drinking with electrolytes can cause more harm to your body, especially if it is consumed during or after an intense workout. The reason is that, in addition to minerals, they contain a large amount of sugar. It is therefore important to refrain from such drinks.
- Do not drink water during a workout
Many people prefer not to drink water while practicing, but this is wrong. The body loses fluid during a workout, so do not deprive it.
- Eat more
Regular exercise is not a cause for overeating between workouts. To keep your weight under control or to reduce it, you need not only to exercise but also to eat properly without taking extra calories. Remember, for an hour in the salon, you burn an average of 500 kcal, depending on your weight and height.
- Train on an empty stomach
Training on an empty or full stomach is not a good idea. So you risk not being able to finish your exercise because of fatigue and malaise. The best option is to eat 2 hours before going to the gym. This ensures a successful and productive workout.
- Sauna or hot bath after workout
After an intense workout, you should not immediately go to the sauna or take a bath because many fluids are lost and blood pressure rises. Instead, drink water and enjoy lukewarm water
- Do not stretch
Do not forget to stretch after a workout. This can reduce the pains in the muscles, and after stretching you will feel better.
- Workouts each day
Regular workouts and proper nutrition are the way to a nice body. But regular does not mean daily. If you train too often, you will always feel tired. In addition, your body will increase the level of the hormone cortisol, which can lead to overweight. To avoid this, take breaks between training sessions, sleep and eat well.
