I am also a foodie, so I like to cook and eat new dishes all the time. Fried Eggplant is a very favorite recipe of mine. I like to eat eggplant fried and hot. And those who don't want to do it because of lack of time can easily eat fried eggplant like me
Anyway, today I fried brinjal for lunch, so I thought to share this simple recipe among my dear hive residents, I hope everyone will like this recipe.So let's share the recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
Eggplant 2.
Red chilli powder half spoon.
Half spoon of turmeric powder.
Cumin Coriander powder half spoon.
Salt to taste.
Soybean oil 8 tsp.
prepared method:
Step 1:
First I cleaned and washed the brinjals, now with the help of a knife I cut the brinjals into round pieces like this
Step 2:
Now I will mash the brinjal pieces with all the spices by hand like this
Step 3:
Once all the masalas are mixed with the brinjal pieces, cover it with a lid for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
After 15 minutes when the brinjals are coated with the masala, this time I will add 8 tbsp of oil in a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, fry the brinjal pieces in a pan on medium flame
Step 5:
When the eggplant pieces are fried on one side, flip them to the other side with the help of a spoon. If both sides are red red fried like this, I will take the fried brinjal fried with spices from the pan
