I had to get out early this morning to put in my running miles as I was working the morning volunteer shift today and the forecast was for another hot afternoon.
It was already humid but my legs felt pretty good so my pace was good and I covered 4 miles well.
It was a warm and busy day at the hatchery with another 3 miles of walking around the grounds and helping out so I'm tired and ready to rest.
Hopefully Lulu and I will get out prospecting tomorrow or a good hike in the canyon.
