We got our first real Winter storm of the new year after about 3 inches fell overnight and on and of during the day.
Along with the messy snow was the 20 degree temperatures which made our morning walk not so pleasant as usual. Luckily the snowplow hadn't worked on the main streets so the sidewalks weren't covered in the heavy slush plowed off of the road and we could easily walk on them.
There was only a light amount of snow falling so Lulu was happy not to get covered on our 2 miles.
We were both happy to get back home to the warm and dry RV and watch as intermittent snow continued to fall for the rest of the day.
I did manage to put in another 4 cold and unexciting miles late in the day just to get outside for a bit.
Hopefully tomorrow will be nicer and we can get outdoors for some real hiking or just enjoying the outdoors. Until then, goodnight.
