Corned beef and onion sautéed!
Left over carrots, peas, potatoes, corn and broth !! let simmer and get happy for 20 minutes.
Cook your favorite noodles on the side.
At the end add some parsley!
Add cooked noodles.
I made some baked croutons with cheese cubed!
Garnish with parsley and rainbow chard from my grow room.
