If your family has a baby but they don't like to eat vegetables, try it now, maybe you won't have a headache because of having to add vegetables for your child, but the children are very cooperative. My family has 2 children, the eldest 3 and a half years old is extremely lazy to eat vegetables, and the little girl, 11 months old, does not like to eat vegetables very much, fruit is also picky. But my baby loves the cakes I make, so I thought of a way to mix vegetables and bananas into the cake so that they can eat vegetables without knowing it. In the end, it was quite successful because our children ate it very well because the new cake taste was good.

Ingredients to make this dish will include:

  • 250g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt (don't add it too)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 150g of fresh milk without sugar or with sugar
  • 1 box of unsweetened or sweetened yoghurt
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g fresh spinach.

Making:

Step 1: Wash spinach, then drain. Put in a blender, add 30ml-50ml of water and puree. Use a sieve to filter through only the water.

Step 4: Use a waffle mould or toaster like me. Plugin the power to heat the machine for 1 minute, then pour the batter into the mould evenly, then cover the lid and wait 7-9 minutes for the cake to cook beautifully. If you want to eat more crispy, you should keep it for a while, because we feed it to small children, so we like soft cakes, good for baby's digestion.
