London Broil is a steak cut that is best served medium rare to medium and can be barbecued or oven roasted.
Marinate Steak in 1 cup of Red Wine (burgundy or merlot)
Cut Onions and Bell Peppers into Slices
Pile Them On top of the Steak and add Salt and Pepper
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, let Rest for 5 minutes, Slice Thin and Serve
