Hello friends. I'm excited to be with you in a new Wednesday walk post. This week has been quite busy for me in terms of exercise. I did two difficult mountain walks. I took lots of photos. I shared my thoughts on this in a few previous posts.
Although I am a regular hiker, two mountain walks in a row caused mild pain in my joints. I didn't have much difficulty with the exercises I did in normal times. During mountain walks, you have to overcome steep slopes and difficult obstacles. It is said that the pains that occur in the body after exercise are healthy for the health of the body.
I haven't been through this area for a while. I am sorry that the poplar trees were cut down. It is said that pollen from poplar trees in spring causes allergies. For this reason, poplar tree owners are warned to cut down poplar trees. Recent research shows that pollen does not cause allergies.
Plants growing on walls and stones have always attracted my attention. Surviving in difficult conditions is not easy.
Trees have also been cut down in this area. It is necessary to cut down old and rotten trees. However, it is unnecessary to cut young trees yet. If people knew how beneficial trees are to nature, they would stop cutting down trees.
It hasn't rained for a while where I live. This caused people to worry. Towards the evening, it first hailed and then rained. This rainfall was very short-lived, but plenty of rain is expected in the coming days.
That's all I had to say this week. See you next week.
