Heyy Steemians, here the best recipe for Sweet Popcorn...let´s do it..
You need:
- 500 grs of popcorn
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 200 of margarine
- ½ tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 spoonful of white or black vanilla
Preparation:
Popcorn are prepared in a conventional way: in a cauldron with lid the oil and corn are placed until all explode. If you want they can be microwave without salt.
In another cauldron, margarine and sugar are placed on a medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a light brown color.
Next we incorporate the sodium bicarbonate, stir and add the vanilla
Finally we add the popcorn stirring with a wooden spoon until all the freshly made candy is dipped. Let cool and taste.
