I am a man of simple needs and well entrenched tastes and pastimes. My friends and family know what I like, what I need and how to please me.
Basically I am a sensual person so I like to titter my senses with beautiful women (sight and touch {grin}) … good food and wine/whiskey/gin (taste), music (sound), books and getting my hands dirty in the garden (soul food) … and these things keeps me a contented and peaceful man

A rather clever gift this box contains 'pre-fertilised' seeds which are separated by the correct growing space and at the correct planting depth. Stick the paper length into soil to the depth of the top line, water and wait.
I planted spinach, lettuce and 2 green pepper seeds in a planter box. This was six days ago and the spinach seedlings are already visible.
As can be seen on the box there are tomato, lettuce, green pepper, spinach and rocket (aragula) in the one box.
We do grow our own herbs, tomato's and salad lettuce and rocket throughout the year.

A variety of vegetable seeds were also in my xmas stocking. I have never tried using these 'Slab of Seed and 'Planting Chocolate' before.

In our small hot house we grow seedlings to be transplanted into the garden. This year for some reason the Cape Weavers (birds) decided they enjoyed small chilli plants.... so I had to take them out the soil and put them in pots back in the hothouse. They are thriving !!!
There are very few things as satisfying as picking organically grown herbs and vegetables from your own garden and preparing a meal.
