Happy Saturday, Friends!

I have been feeling blah, no energy at all, lately, like exhausted all the freaking time. In short, I feel like I'm overworked and underpaid 馃お Seriously. My work-partner doesn't say it out loud, but she thinks it as well 馃ぃ

But enough about me. How have you been? Better paycheck than mine, at least, I hope 馃榿

The following share is a super simple salad that I truly like. I can have this almost daily as my side dish. In fact, most of the times, I like it just as is, to be packed for my lunch at work. If you don't like radish due it's being spicy, turn them into this kind of salad, I don't taste the spiciness at all 馃槈

1 bag of Radish (at least 400 g)
1/2 bag of various baby potatoes (red, white, purple)
3-5 green onion
Mayonnaise, salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and lime or lemon juice to taste

Wash clean potatoes, steam until tender but not too soft. Take out from steamer, soak in cold tap water, then quarter. Place in a large bowl

Slice thinly green onion, also add into the bowl

Add enough mayonnaise as a binder but also as a flavoring, adjusting salt and black pepper to your liking and if you like to, lemon or lime juice as well

Serve with your favorite steak! (Serve immediately will still give you the crunching of radish, but chilled a couple of H before serving allows flavorings to distribute evenly)

Enjoy 馃槏
