Thought I'd type you quickly before I have to drive the boys to their school.
Am hooked on Feria, on Netflix. It's interestingly good. Makes me want to learn Spanish so I can rewatch it in its original language instead the dubbing 馃榿
But am here for sharing these following cookies though.

If you want and can, add nuts and raisins too. Would be superb.
1/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c pure white chocolate chips
1/4 c salted sunflower seeds
1/4 c unsweetened dessicated coconut
1/4 c steel cut oats + 1/3 c more (watch the vlog)
1 1/4 c enriched flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp skim milk powder
1 tsp BP
1/4 tsp BSoda
1 c extra virgin olive oil
2/3 c sugar
3/3 c demerara style brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
