My father sent me some pictures of what family was doing last night their time, while waiting for the new year, which was bbqing some corn.
My youngest saw the pics and sad. He said how come people don't grill corn at midnight here in Canada 馃ぃ
Anyhoo.
For today's recipe, it is a Hungarian style of patties. Simple to make and they are great for my husband's lunchbox 馃榿
700 g ground beef
1/4 c diced onion
4 garlic
A generous pinch of eros paprika (hot Hungarian paprika powder)
1/2 tbsp flake parsley
1/2 tbsp dried chives
1/2 - 1 tbsp Vegeta powder
2-4 bread slices
2 eggs
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Bread crumbs
