Happy Easter Monday, Friends!
Tomorrow is back to school for us here in BC, Canada. Was nice to have the kids for 4 days at home despite their loudness and naughtiness 馃榿馃槏馃榿馃槏
I made them hamburger soup, which recipe am sharing today, and my youngest could finish his big bowl. I was pretty glad and happy. He is the fussy one in this house, so foods always have to pass his approval to be able to serve now and then 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ
Here are the ingredients!
4 beef patties
1 1/2 c frozen mixed veggies
1 tin condensed tomato soup
1 tin chicken broth
1 can of black beans
A pinch of parsley
1 tbsp chives
A pinch of sweet paprika powder
1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 drops liquid smoke
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
