Today's cooking vlog is for celery soup. You can either serve it as is or turn it into creamy style, it's da bomb either way. We love celery soup in this house especially my oldest son. He could have 2 bowls himself. We prefer it with chunks tho, but again, either way, this following recipe is superb, if I may say so myself 😉
2 celery heads
1/4-1/3 c sliced onion
5 garlic, slice
1/4 c unsalted butter
3 baby potatoes
1 lbs ground chicken
800 ml chicken broth
1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
1/4 c fresh dill
400 ml heavy cream
Vegeta powder, to taste
White pepper powder, to taste (optional)
Lemom juice, to taste
Croutons (optional)
