Yesterday we got our kittens. We named them Charlie and Furball (Oreo). They are both black and white. Charlie has socks on his legs while Furball....you guessed it, fluffy fur 馃槏馃悎馃槏馃悎
But am more to sharing recipe, so no pictures nor videos of them yet 馃榿
Today's sandwich loaf is Apple Pie Sandwich Loaf.
I called it as so since it has apple chunks in it and also flavored with apple pie spice 馃榿
1 1/4 c water
2 tbsp butter/margarine (df/regular)
Lemon juice (see video) - optional
3 1/4 c wmbread flour
1/4 c milk powder (soy/coconut/regular skim/full fat)
1/4 c sugar
Apple pie spice
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 c active day yeast
Diced apples, soaked in lemon juice, sprinkled with apple pie spice
