We harvested some apples from the backyard earlier and turned them into apple cake. Yum 😋😋😋😋 If I may say so myself. The cinnamon powder scent made the house smelled wonderful during and after baking 🤤🤤🤤🤤
3 apples, and a tray of apple cake, boom. Happy kiddies I have at home 😍 Here is the super simple recipe!
3 apples, chop or dice
1 1/2 c flour (strong baker's)
1 tbsp BP
1/2 tsp coarse Kosher salt
Generous pinches of cinnamon powder
1 egg
1/2 c each sugar and milk
1/4 c oil
1 1/2 tbsp butter, melt
1/3 c vrown sugar
Generous pinch cinnamon powder
2 tbsp flour (strong baker's)
3 apples, skinned, halved, slice but not cut through (for decoration, optional)
Icing sugar (optional)
