First, why do we call him Kiwi Fruit? When he wore a little green waistcoat, and took up his fluffy head, two words came up in his mother's mind---'Kiwi Fruit'! So 'Kiwi Fruit' became his nickname! (Later we find he really likes the taste of Kiwi Fruit!)
