Today I will make tea again, this time what I will make is tea that has a very beautiful and attractive color. This is butterfly pea tea.
Actually I've been wanting to make this tea for a long time, but only got the time now. I've bought this tea from a few months ago maybe 2 months ago, I've also posted it here. I bought tea from a shop called Rumah Seduh, this shop sells various types of tea with good quality and low prices.
Making this tea has more stages than I make tea in general. First I will boil the butterfly peas first. I don't have a definite comparison of how much water and flowers I put in.
Boil until boiling and the water turns blue.
Then I'll let it sit for a while until the tea is cold.
While waiting for the tea to cool down, I will make sugar water. I made this because I want to make cold tea so if it is with liquid sugar there will be no undissolved sugar in the tea.
Making liquid sugar is very easy, you only need to heat the sugar with water. Use less water than sugar and heat it over low heat. Wait until all the sugar is dissolved.
If everything is finished then the tea can be made. Don't forget to prepare ice cubes too.
If all the ingredients are ready, then to make the tea is easy. Just mix all the ingredients into the glass that has been provided.
How To Make
First put the ice cubes into the glass, the number of ice cubes depends on each person's taste, I will fill the glass with ice cubes.
Then put two tablespoons of liquid sugar into a glass that already contains ice cubes.
Finally, pour the butterfly tea into the glass until it fills the glass. I made the tea spill while pouring it, I suggest using a teapot or glass that has a pointed part on one side to make it easier to pour.
And the butterfly pea tea can already be enjoyed. Actually, without using sugar or ice, the butterfly pea can already be drunk, but I prefer to use ice and sugar.
I've heard that this tea is good for health, so it would be great to drink this tea often.
I don't think this tea has a special taste, it tastes bland without any fragrance, so it's good to add ice or sugar. I even saw this tea added with lemon juice or soda, maybe if it was added it would be even better but maybe the health benefits would be reduced.
The most interesting thing about tea and made it famous is the color is very beautiful, the color of this tea is blue, the density of the color depends on how much ratio of water to flowers when boiled.
