Amazing Drinks friends. Am back today to share another of my recipe with you all. A rich custard fruity and fiber layer parfait you will love to try at home. Its so delicious and so filling, a kind of dessert for the family.

This recipe has custard as its base, adding to it are some fruits, cookies and rich soy milk to make it a healthy parfait everyone will love, especially those of us who do not love to drink custard. In this recipe you will get to see how we can always add what ever fruits to our custard to make it extra rich, nutritious, nourishing and healthy, either as a dessert or light scope before bed time for the little hungrr we get becau8se of early dinner.

I have added some fruit and cookies, both chocolate and fiber active, layering them accordingly for a better mix to enable a good taste bud of each and everyone of them. A parfait for the whole family.

INGREDIENTS :

4 tablespoons of corn flour
1/4 glass of soy milk
1 glass of spring water
2 finger banana
1 tablespoons of premium sugar
5 pieces chocolate cookies
6 pieces fiber active cookies

Steps For Preparation :

To prepare this custard layer parfait recipe, we start by slicing the banana to keep aside.

We desolve the corn flour with the spring water in a plate, adding some suger.

We pour some water in a pan and allow to boil a little.

We add the corn flour in the boiling water and keep stiring the corn flour in the pan until it thickens. Check consistency to add little more water if need be. We leave to cook and set down.

We desolve some chocolate cookies into liquid chocolate using some soy milk.

We set the glasses and start to layer our custard layer parfait by putting some tablespoons of custard first. Then we add some liquid chocolate to the custard.
