French fries and potato wedges, find me one person on the planet who doesn't love them. I can die for either of them. That crispy, crunchy taste os potatoes is so good. I order one of them whenever I go out for a continental meal.
The league started with fries and then there were wedges. Wedges are a form of fries only but different in shape and have some spices. I love wedges too. I make them all the time at home, I mostly fried them. But this time I tried baking them in oven and the results were amazingly good. So crisp and classy, I loved them like crazy.
Let's see how we make them.

| S.No. | Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| 1. | Long Potatoes | 2 Units |
| 2. | Chilli Flakes | 1 TBSP |
| 3. | Black Pepper | 1/2 TBSP |
| 4. | Salt | To taste |
| 5. | Garlic Powder | 1 TBSP |
| 6. | Onion Powder | 1 TBSP |
| 7. | Oregano | 1 TBSP |
| 8. | Basil Powder | 1 TBSP |
| 9. | Corn Starch | 2 TBSP |
Step 1: Take a bowl and mix all the spices in it including corn flour.
Step 2: Wash the potatoes very well because we need to keep the skin intact.
Step 3: Now cut the potatoes into wedge like shape.
Step 4: Add all the potatoes to a big bowl. Drop the spice mix into the bowl and give it a good shake. Also add 1 TBSP Olive oil.
Step 5: Place the wedges gently on a butter paper. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the potatoes for about 25 minutes.
Serve the wedges hot with tomato ketchup. They are love!
