Yeee this is the fun steps to do…

  1. Wash the chicken and drain it, put into a sauce pan or bowl mix mashed ingredients add salt and sugar sgueeze chicken slowly with the mashed ingredient.
  2. Add small red chili, vegetable starfruit, green tomato, green onion, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, and 200ml of coconut milk stirr all. Let it stand 30 minutes.
  3. Put in the stove the pan that contains all material. Add 300 ml of coconut milk, 500 ml water. Boiled for 30-45 minutes with simmer gently until tender.
  4. Taste it..original taste spicy from the chili, and sour from tomato and vegetable starfruit’s make special taste… Delicious side dish if we eat with rice, because it is a kind of traditional dish from central java. But delicious too without the rice 🤤🤤😍😍 " "IMG_6137.jpeg""
