Not much to say except this beef brisket hot pot was freaken awesome.. Sweet, savoury, and spicy all at once... I have a weak spot for beef brisket hotpot and have jokely proclaimed on many occassion that I would marry anyone with the ability to whip one up :P.
Sorry if you thought this was a recipe, just wanted to convey how freaken satisfied I was with this meal!! If someone ever enlightened me on the recipe and process to make this gift from the gods, I am fairly sure I would die a happy man!!!
