Looking at you is an Amazon Tree Boa (Corallus hortulanawikipedia). Coloration varies widely on this species this one a nice red pattern.
All these photos are courtesy of my son that just returned from Suriname. Suriname wikipedia is on the north coast of South America between Guyana and French Guiana. I included links for the reptiles and location. He was focused on herpetology but also saw the usual rainforest suspects like this Toucan.
