Welcome to my #wednesdaywalk hosted as always by @tattoodjay. I found myself playing shuttle to the local hospital (no worries just some routine testing for a family member) so I took a little walk while I was waiting.
The old hospital has some brick colonial building from the 1920's that have a real New England vibe.
As I walked around I became interested in several nice outdoor spaces. It was interesting because they were all empty and covered in snow on this cold, overcast day.
This grouping of adirondack chairs under a large apple tree are probably a pleasant place to relax on a summer day.
I kept coming back to this regal old tree against the white sky.
Not sure about the history of this hospital but this building is dated to 1925.
I like the details on old buildings like these marble inserts on a brick column.
Even though it was snowing, the walkways were cleared and provided a nice diversion in my day.
Looks like not many people using this bench provided at the shuttle bus stop. Its nice to be able to provide a ride to someone in need today plus get in a quick #wednesdaywalk. Have a great day!
