The idea for this just came to me one rainy day, when I was watching a movie. It was bloody brilliant!
Morello Cherry and Amaretto Brownies with a BlackBerry and white chocolate glaze, garnished with strawberries, raspberry coulis & vanilla anglais. The perfect accompaniment to tea or coffee.
