Today for my breakfast/snacking, I made fruit salad. It tastes as amazing it looks.
In a mixing bowl, add:
*A punnet of Blueberries
*A punnet of Raspberries
*250g of Sliced Peaches
*250g of cubed Honeydew Melon, Rockmelon and Watermelon
*A punnet of Blackberries
*2 navel oranges, cubed
*250g of diced pineapple
*250 ml of coconut water
*25g of LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds) meal
Pour in the coconut water, Lightly fold all the fruit together, Stir in the LSA, put some cling film over the top of the bowl to keep it fresh, and stick it in the fridge to chill out :D
Voila! A brilliant snack to see you through the day!
