I learned along the way that I should ask for help when I need it. That I am not alone, that there is always someone willing to help you move forward.
I learned what I am capable of, while my desire, nerves, hopes and will were almost at zero.
I loved every moment of my life, whether it was good or bad. I kept learning, it is not easy, I know, I recognize it, but I kept going.
I work every day of my life not to let those days return. Even if that were to happen I would seek help. I would not hesitate.
