Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my entry for today's Food Photography by @juliank.

Buwad or Dried Fish is fresh fish rapidly deteriorates unless some way can be found to preserve it. Drying is a method of food preservation that works by removing water from the food, which inhibits the growth of microorganisms. The meaning of the Cebuano word buwad means “to dry in the sun.”
