The wife and kids have all gone to bed so it's the perfect opportunity to get a few hours of study in before bed. I managed to get a few hours in earlier but I want to get ahead of the game. I've set myself a deadline of the 11th August to sit the exam.
My companion this evening is a lovely glass of Guinness. Both the Guinness and the glass are lovely! I have a few different types of Guinness glass but I think this is my favourite. I found a few of these in the loft some years ago when going through the items my late grandfather left behind. These mark the "Golden Jubilee of Advertising" 1929 - 1979. I assume these were made in 1979 which means this glass is pretty much the same age as me. I've no idea where my grandad would have got them from.
I have to say that I love the reasonably new LED lighting I got. Although it's no doubt bad for your eyes, I like working in very low light and this does the ticket! Simple things please simple minds!
