Good morning everybody!

I've finally left my busy days behind. Unfortunately, I get pretty busy at the beginning of the month. I always say that I am an accountant. Critical periods for month-end and beginning-of-month accounting. The salary calculations of the personnel make me very tired. I have to be very careful when making salary calculations. I distributed the salaries on Monday. But I still have quite a lot of work to do. I want to retire! :D There are still years until my retirement. And I'm not sure how these years will go!

My husband has been working on Sundays for a long time. That's why we couldn't have breakfast together. We had our first private breakfast in a long time. As I started to prepare breakfast, I realized that there was no bread at home. I was too lazy to go out and buy bread. I couldn't persuade my husband to buy bread either. So I decided to try a recipe with dough. A very simple and easy recipe. This recipe will add incredible flavor to your breakfasts. It is a recipe that is quite similar to the pancake recipe, but more crispy on the outside and softer on the inside.

You can serve the lalanga, which you will serve hot at the breakfast table, by changing the ingredients you put in it, and consume it as dessert by spreading jam, chocolate. If you wish, you can consume it salted with cheese, tomatoes and olives. Since I added parsley, black pepper and salt to my recipe, it was a recipe that suits more salty people. That's why I chose to eat it with cheese on it. What would your choice be? Sweet or salty? :)

Ingredients for Lalanga Recipe
2 eggs
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon grated cheddar cheese
Parsley
Black pepper
Salt
Oil for frying

There was white flour and rye flour at home. That's why I mixed the two together. You can adjust the flour preference according to you. Now let's move on to the details of the recipe.

We take our eggs into a bowl and whisk them with the help of a whisk. Add the milk and salt and continue whisking. We add our flour and whisk again. Finally, we add the grated cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and parsley and mix with the help of a spatula. The consistency of our dough should be similar to liquid cake batter. We take our pan to the stove and add oil to it. After our oil is heated, we take 1 tablespoon of our dough and put it in our pan intermittently. Let's turn our dough, whose bottoms are nicely browned, and fry the other sides. After frying all of our dough in this way, we can serve our lalanga. Bon Appetit!
