Uno no puede ir a un sitio y simplemente no probar su gastronom铆a, y si parte de esta es ir a comer choripan, pues hay que hacerlo. Durante mi viaje a Buenos Aires, tuve la fortuna de comer muchas delicias, y entre el asado y el helado me la mantuve probando. Sin embargo, tambi茅n existe una deliciosa preparaci贸n basta te conocida del cono sur, el popular chorip谩n.
Luego de nuestro paseo por Caminito, nos dijimos al mercado de San Telmo. All铆 hab铆a muchos sitios para comer, y por supuesto, ten铆a que ser all铆 donde me comiera mi primer chorip谩n.
A nosotros los venezolanos nos gusta mucho la comida callejera, pero somos exagerados en todos. Ir a un puesto de comida r谩pida, es tambi茅n esperar u a comida monstruosa con muchas salsas y rellenos. Ac谩 no pas贸 nada de esto, y como a m铆 me gusta experimentar la manera en la que comen todos, pues as铆 lo hice.
Yo me ped铆 un chorip谩n con papas, y hay algo que debo decir y que no se le hace la suficiente menci贸n, las papas fritas en Buenos Aires son espectaculares, qued茅 enamorada de todas en todos los sitios d贸nde las com铆. Cuando me lleg贸 mi pedido, lleg贸 exactamente lo que ped铆 un pan relleno con un chorizo, acompa帽ado con sus papas fritas, sin m谩s. Para acompa帽ar esto hab铆a dos preparaciones, chimichurri y salsa criolla, que es algo as铆 como un pico de gallo.
La simpleza de la preparaci贸n, acompa帽ada de sus salsas fue suficiente para darle un s贸lido "S铆" al chorip谩n argentino. Qued茅 encantada, y suficientemente llena. Adem谩s que para tomar, nos pedimos un litro de cerveza que compartimos entre todos. No le hizo falta ni mayonesa ni ketchup, me gust贸 mucho comerlo as铆.

You can't go to a place and simply not try its gastronomy, and if part of it is going to eat choripan, then you have to do it. During my trip to Buenos Aires, I had the fortune to eat many delicacies, and between the asado and the ice cream I kept trying them. However, there is also a delicious preparation that is well known in the southern cone, the popular choripan.
After our walk along Caminito, we went to the San Telmo market. There were many places to eat there, and of course, it had to be there where I ate my first chorip谩n.
We Venezuelans like street food a lot, but we are exaggerated in all of them. Going to a fast food stand, is also to expect a monstrous meal with lots of sauces and fillings. Nothing like that happened here, and since I like to experience the way everyone eats, so I did.
I ordered a chorip谩n with potatoes, and there is something I must say that is not mentioned enough, the french fries in Buenos Aires are spectacular, I fell in love with them everywhere I ate them. When my order arrived, it was exactly what I asked for, a bread stuffed with a chorizo sausage, accompanied with french fries, no more. To accompany this there were two preparations, chimichurri and salsa criolla, which is something like a pico de gallo.
The simplicity of the preparation, accompanied by its sauces was enough to give a solid "Yes" to the Argentinean chorip谩n. I was delighted, and sufficiently full. Besides, to drink, we ordered a liter of beer that we shared among all of us. It didn't need mayonnaise or ketchup, I really enjoyed eating it that way.
