In this time I want to show you two dishes we prepared in my Cuisine class
First, it's a Grilled meat medallions with rustic potatoes and red wine sauce
The flower was made of tomato peel and the potatoes were seasoned with rosemary and a little of pepper.
The other one is a Chiken Galantine with White Whine Sauce.
As you see, it has ham and Cream Cheese in the middle. You can add it some other cheese to give it the flavor you want.
Two very delicious dishes that will satisfy your palate and the most important thing. Don't forget the bacon jaja
