It has been so hot here leately. With tge rising temps and this being our first summer as vegan, im finding it hard to make stuff for dinner. A lot of my recipes im used to require the oven and stove. We are tired of burgers etc. So I made a macaroni salad and grilled cauliflower steaks. They were pretty amazing and the kids ate them too!
