Durian

Durian is one type of fruit that exist only in certain seasons, for some people in Aceh area, when will buy durian they will ask the origin of the durian, because there are some places in the region of Aceh, which is considered to have durian with good quality and also taste different from other area, as the resident trader told me, Durian in aceh tengah, very different from the durian in west aceh or melaboh, durian west aceh barat generally have better quality and taste than durian which in aceh tengah

One way to enjoy the durian

Last night when I went home my parents in district bireuen aceh indonesia , my mother invited me, to buy durian to be cooked in the morning, enjoying the durian in the morning at certain times have become a family habit since I was a child

Below are the ways and materials needed to make a durian with a delicious black sticky rice

Necessary materials :

2 durian
500 grams of black sticky rice
1 old coconut
1 liter of water that has been in the heat
100 grams of sugar
salt to taste

How to make :

wash black sticky rice until clean, then steamed until cooked
Squeeze the shredded coconut with 1 liter of water that has been heated
then mix the durian with coconut milk from coconut juice
Enter the sugar and salt and stir until evenly distributed

mix the durian that has become, with a black sticky rice that has been steamed
ready to be enjoyed

Durian merupakan salah satu jenis buah yang ada hanya pada musim tertentu, bagi sebagian masyarakat di daerah aceh, saat akan membeli durian mereka akan menanyakan asal dari durian tersebut, karena ada beberapa tempat di wilayah aceh, yang di anggap memiliki durian dengan kualitas bagus dan juga rasa yang berbeda dari daerah lain, seperti yang dikatan oleh pedagang durian kepada saya, Durian dataran tinggi goyo atau aceh tengah, sangat berbeda dengan durian yang ada di aceh barat atau melaboh, durian aceh barat umumnya memiliki kualitas da rasa yang lebih bagus dari pada durian yang ada di aceh tengah.

Salah satu cara menikmati durian

Tadi malam ketika saya pulang kerumah orang tua saya di kabupaten bireuen aceh indonesia, ibu saya mengajak saya, untuk membeli durian yang akan di masak di pagi hari, menikmati durian di pagi hari pada saat-saat tertentu sudah menjadi kebiasaan keluarga sejak saya masih kecil
