INGREDIENTES
* 6 pan francés
* 6 lonjas de jamón
* 6 lonjas de queso amarillo
* 6 huevos de gallina
*3 cucharadas de Mayonesa
* 3 cucharadas de Salsa de tomate
BENDICIONES

A PRACTICAL EXPRESS BREAKFAST
Greetings, my dear friends of the art of cooking and especially to our members of this great community of #hivefood. From my kitchen I extend a strong and warm embrace and I wish you that this new month that begins will be of great blessings for each of you.
In this great opportunity I want to share with you a rich and practical breakfast that I prepare for my family on those days when I have a very hectic morning and we must leave early to perform some activity outside the house so I choose to cook something quick, nutritious and delicious to sustain us in the development of our various tasks.
INGREDIENTS
* 6 French bread
* 6 slices of ham
* 6 slices of yellow cheese
* 6 chicken eggs
*3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
* 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
PREPARATION
First of all we start by placing the frying pan with a little oil on the stove and when it is very hot we add the chicken egg and let it cook over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes, then we turn it over and repeat the same procedure.
While the stove is doing its thing I stir 3 spoonfuls of mayonnaise with 3 spoonfuls of tomato sauce, to form a pink sauce and continuously I proceed to open the French breads with the help of a closing knife and I am adding the previously combined sauce.
Once the eggs are ready and the breads are opened, we place a bread as a base and to this we add a roasted or fried egg, this will depend on each one's preference, I particularly do it roasted to avoid frying it for the sake of eating as healthy as possible.
Then we place a slice of yellow cheese and another of ham and finally we cover it with another of the already opened breads, it should look like a type of sandwich bread in fact if you like you can use bread of this same type.
Finally we take it to the grill and heat it so that the yellow cheese melts and combines with the other ingredients and also gets very crunchy in each bite. This time I accompanied it with a rich and delicious coffee with milk.
It didn't take 20 minutes to prepare this breakfast and it was for 3 people, that's why I called it an express breakfast, because of how fast but nutritious it is and how sustaining it is for a hectic morning at work.
I HOPE YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO PUT MY RECIPE INTO PRACTICE. THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY BLOG. BLESSINGS
