4/5 cup all purpose flour. 1.5 tbsp sugar. 2 egg
Coconut milk
1/3 cup + 4 tsp coconut milk. 戮 cup + 4 tsp milk. Mix well
Run bater through a sieve
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

150ml cold whipping cream. 1 tpsp caster sugar
Mix well. After mixing, put it in the fridge

This is the batter after 30 minutes chilled. Get half of the batter for pandan flavor. Mix 陆 tsp pandan flavor with that part of batter
Add a little butter
Fry on low heat for 1- 1.5 minutes
Pineapple cake

Add whipped cream, durian and wrap it up
Repeat with the rest of crepes and fillings
