Hi, bloggers and food lovers! I hope you’re having a wonderful day. This Sunday, I’d like to share some sweet treats that you can make yourself—perfect as desserts or snacks. This time, I’m making a crepe roll—just one roll—and it’s very easy to make. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking. Okay, let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp melted margarine
  • powdered whipped cream
  • cold water
  • 1 tbsp cheese spread
  • sliced strawberries

Instructions:

  • Crack the egg into a bowl

  • Add the sugar to the bowl

  • Pour the milk into the bowl

  • Stir until well combined

  • Next, add the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt to the bowl

  • Add the cocoa powder

  • Whisk again until well combined

  • Add the melted margarine

  • Stir again until well combined

  • Strain the batter to remove any lumps

  • Heat a nonstick pan

  • Scoop 1 ladleful of batter and cook in the pan as you would for crepes

  • Once cooked through and no longer sticky, remove the crepe

  • Repeat until all the batter is used up

  • Let the crepes cool

  • Place the powdered whipped cream in a bowl

  • Add cold water

  • Mix with mixer until the whipped cream is stiff

  • Add the cream cheese spread, then mix again until well combined and stiff

  • Turn off the mixer and add the strawberry pieces to it

  • Next, prepare 3 crepes like this

  • Spread whipped cream on top

  • Fold the right and left sides in

  • Roll the crepes until they form a towel-like roll

  • Wrap them in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 5 hours

  • Once set, sprinkle with cocoa powder and chocolate pieces on top

  • The chocolate crepe roll are ready to eat
