Saludos y Bendiciones para Todos ☺️ en un placer estar con ustedes hoy compartiendo este exquisito plato que en mi llano lo llamarian Comida chatarra, se conoce de diferentes nombre como: Parri-papa , salchi-papa, mega-papa entre otros. Pero hoy yo les traigo un BombaMegapapa que contiene los siguientes ingredientes:

Greetings and Blessings to All ☺️ It is a pleasure to be with you today sharing this exquisite dish that in my flat would call it Junk Food, it is known by different names such as: Parri-papa, sausage-papa, mega-papa among others. But today I bring you a BombaMegapapa that contains the following ingredients:

Ingredientes:

3 Papas medianas
1 Salchicha
Aguacate al gusto
Salsa de ajo
Mostaza
Mayonesa
Salsa de tomate
Queso mozzarella
Aceite
Sal
Carne(200g)

Avocado to taste

Garlic sauce
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Mozzarella cheese
Oil
Salt
Meat(200g)

Preparación:

Paso 01 :

Preparation: ## ### Step 01 :

Comenzaré tomando las papas ya peladas y bien lavadas, luego las cortaré en tiras en forma verticales las agregare a agua para lavarlas nuevamente , una vez que sequen le agregaré sal al gusto y un toque de harina pan(puede ser de trigo) este ingrediente es especial , ya que permite dejar que las papas queden crujientes.Esperare a que reposen y con el sartén ya en aceite caliente agregaré e ire moviendo o estaré pendiente hasta que estén listas y crujiente.

I will start by taking the potatoes already peeled and well washed, then I will cut them into strips vertically I will add them to water to wash them again, once they are dry I will add salt to taste and a touch of bread flour (it can be wheat) this ingredient is special, since it allows the potatoes to be crispy. Paso 02:

Mientras las papas se están cocinando, procedo a tomar la salchicha,las cortaré en rueditas delgadas y las pondré en un sartén con poco aceite y las agregare para ir cocinandolas.

Paso 03:

Una vez que tengo listas la salchicha , comenzaré a cortar la carne en trozos pequeños o a tu gusto para llevarlas al sartén.

Paso 04:

Ya teniendo casi todo los ingredientes listos pasaré a tomar un plato y agregaré ordenadamente a mi gusto(el orden no altera la comida 😂), primero agregaré las papas y la respectiva salsa de mayonesa y salsa de tomate, carne y salsa de ajo..

Iré agregando las salchichas y en forma juliana unos trozos ricos de aguacate 🥑 muy nutritivos y deliciosos 🤤.
Y para finalizar le agrego queso mozzarella para que se derrita en esta delicia .. 💞.
