Hola comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, les comparto mi desayuno del dia de hoy. Porque nada mejor que un buen desayuno acompañado de un rico café para empezar nuestro día, repotenciados y con buen animo. El protagonista o plato principal son los Huevos con tomate y salchicha calabresa, acompañado de Aguacate y tostadas de pan de avena y pasas. Delicioso, completo y nutritivo, y sin dejar atrás la explosión de sabores que aporta la SALCHICHA CALABRESA a los huevos. Por si no la conocen la salchicha calabresa, dicen que tiene sus orígenes en Brasil pero no fue hecha por brasileros, sino por italianos inmigrantes y el título de calabresa proviene de Calabria Italia, pero lo que sí es que es sabrosa y a mi me encanta y sobre todo ese sabor ahumado.
