Better than the fair....here's my recipe
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk.
Mix all the dry ingredients , add egg and milk.
Skewer hotdogs , pour batter into tall glass
Dip the hot dogs until coated,
Deep fry in 360 degree oil.....
Eat and enjoy!
