... but enjoyed the world over. Michelle, a good friend of mine who occasionally allows me to take photos of her cakes and share them here, had made a huge pyramid of these stacked together. These are just two that were offered to me and I think makes a great photo. The one on the left was filled with cream and the one on the right was filled with custard. They were very light and easy to sink your teeth into. Recipes to make them can be found via Google if you want to make them. They are perfect for parties.
