Life Has Weird Reminders
It been nearly a month since my last post and a lot has happened in the meantime, and stuff continues to happen.
Some of it good, but most of it bad.
Some of the bad stuff I covered in the previous post, and I won’t post and update on that stuff here today.
Today I want to focus on the positive aspects of life, despite everything I am going through.
Weird Reminders
These are the weird reminders that life isn’t all bad and that it’s worth continuing on regardless.
It’s the reminder that humanity can do great things for each other when we pool our resources, physical energy and mental focus towards solving problems, despite the doom, gloom and atrocities going on around the world.
It’s the reminder that when you are in trouble, but you have a good reputation, people will occasionally genuinely help you.
It’s the reminder that there are still good movies being made for us to enjoy. I have just bought a ticket to see Godzilla Minus Zero on November 6th 2026 and Spider-man: Brand New Day was brilliant.
It’s the reminder that bad times don’t last and that there is always a positive way forward if you’re willing to look and find it.
It’s the reminder that sometimes in order for change to happen, we need to instigate it.
It’s the reminder that we can always ask for help when we need it, and remaining silent can only prolong suffering.
It’s the reminder that there are good people watching, not necessarily overtly, but they are there noticing the good that you do.
It’s the reminder that sometimes you’re more appreciated than you first thought by people who are too scared to twll you.
It’s the reminder that the answers come faster when you take a big, deep breath and relax.
It’s the reminder that goals and dreams are worth fighting for.
It’s the reminder to stop self-sabotaging and narrow my focus on achieving success.
It’s a reminder to put on a smile occasionally; it can make someone else smile as well.
And this post is a reminder of all of the above.
